Common questions
What's the minimum order?
There is no formal minimum for short-run jobs. The configurator enforces a floor of ₹100 to cover setup.
Which paper stocks do you carry?
Bond 80 gsm (the economical default), matte 130 gsm (our most popular for books), and glossy 150 gsm (for photo-heavy interiors). We can source specialty stocks on request.
How long does a typical order take?
Proofs take 2–3 business days after artwork is final. Print runs of a few hundred copies complete inside 7–14 days; larger runs can take 3–4 weeks.
Do you handle artwork upload?
Not in this MVP — submit your request and we'll email you a secure upload link within one business day.
Can I pick up from the shop?
Yes. Triplicane pickup is free; choose it at the configurator and we'll call when the run is ready.
